📝 Orders & Production
Are items made to order? How long does production take?
Yes, each piece is made just for you. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before shipping, but it can take up to 7–10 business days during peak seasons. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?
We'll do our best to help before production begins. Once production starts, we can’t cancel or change the order.

How do I choose my size?
Please use the size & fit guide on each product page before purchasing. Because items are made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or change of mind.
Will my order arrive in one package?
Not always. If you order multiple items of different product types, they may ship from different production partners and arrive separately. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each package.
📦 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States only.
How much is shipping?
- Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75.
- Flat-rate shipping on orders under $75 (shown at checkout).
How long is shipping once my order leaves?
Standard U.S. transit is typically 3–7 business days after your order ships. We’ll email you a tracking number as soon as each package is on the way.
How do I track my order?
Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to see live updates on the carrier’s site (USPS/UPS).
My package says "Delivered," but it’s not here.
If your tracking shows as "delivered" but you haven't received it, we recommend you first check around your home and with neighbors or your building's front desk. In some cases, carriers may scan packages early. If it's still missing after 48 hours, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. We are happy to help with this process if you need assistance.

🔁 Returns & Issue Resolution
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because each piece is made to order, we don’t accept returns or exchanges for size, color preference, or change of mind. Please check the size & fit guide before purchasing.
My item arrived damaged or incorrect—what should I do?
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives misprinted, damaged, or incorrect, email support@beaconbramble.com as soon as possible—ideally within 7 days, and no later than 30 days. Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
We’ll review your request with our print partner to determine the best next step, which may be a reprint or refund. In most cases, no physical return is required.
When will I receive a refund (if approved)?
If a refund is approved after our review, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to process. If it’s been 15 business days since approval and you don’t see it, please contact us.

How do you use my information?
We use your information to fulfill orders, provide customer support, and improve our services. We'll only send marketing updates if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time.

Will colors look exactly like the photos?
We do our best to show colors accurately, but minor variations can occur due to screen settings and the nature of garment-dyed apparel. This is not considered a defect.
